Tube forming is a mechanical operation that allows changing the form of the tube in a controlled way while using a hot or cold process, relating with the final product you want to achieve. With this procedure, the material can be formed by a tube end forming machine to realize the final desired shape.

Within our company, we can rely on a parking machine composed of diverse types of machines for the tube forming that allow many solutions possible with a wide range of different materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, or zirconium chopper chrome. Often, this material can be formed through the high pressure force or with the contact between two different toolings.

Furthermore, our semi-finished products feature a low internal roughness of Ra 0.2 μm and, for this reason, this process suits itself especially within the paper industry due to the need of providing a final piece of paper without wrinkles and flaws.
